जिसमें वह अच्छा नहीं कर रहा है।

उनकी बुनियादी शिक्षा 

भविष्य के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।

उन्हें रात को 10:00 बजे तक सोने 

और सुबह 6:00 बजे उठने की आदत डालिए।

अगर आप किसी पार्टी/सामाजिक आयोजन में 

जाते हैं 

और बच्चों के साथ देर रात तक लौटते हैं 

तो अगले दिन बच्चे को आराम करने दीजिए

बच्चों मे नियमित ध्यान और व्यायाम करने की आदत डालनी चाहिए 

हमें अपने अनुभव के आधार पर 

अपने बच्चों का जीवन सुंदर और स्वस्थ बनाने में 

उनकी सहायता करना चाहिए।

कभी हार तो कभी जीत होती है ,,

जब आ जाए हँसते हुवे आँख में पानी 

तब अहसास होता है की हर खुशी को 

पाने में कितनी तकलीफ होती है ,,

रिमझिम तो है मगर सावन गायब है 

बच्चे तो है मगर बचपन गायब है 

क्या हो गयी है तासीर जमाने की 

अपने तो है मगर अपनापन गयाब है ,,

लोग डूबते है तो समंदर को दोष देते है 

मंजिल न मिले तो किस्मत को दोष देते है 

खुद चलते नहीं संभल कर 

गिर जाए तो पत्थर को दोष देते है ,,,

क्या बात करे इस दुनिया की 

हर शख्स के अपने अपसाने है 

जो सामने है उसे लोग बुरा कहते है 

और जिसे देखा ही नहीं उसे लोग खुदा कहते है ...

में एक छुपी हुयी पहचान रखता हूँ 

बाहर शांत हूँ मगर अन्दर तूफान रखता हूँ

रख के तराजू में अपने दोस्त की खुशिया 

दूसरे पलड़े मे मैं अपनी जान रखता हूँ 

मुर्दो की बस्ती मे जमीर को जिन्दा रखकर 

ऐ जिंदगी मे तेर उसूलो का मान रखता हूँ ...

                                                      नई सदी में मिल रही दर्द भरी सौगात 

बीटा कहे बाप से तेरी क्या औकात ,,

पानी आँखों का मरा , मरी शर्म और लाज 

बहु कहे अब शास से घर पर मेरा राज ,,

भाई भी करता नहीं भाई पर विश्वास 

बहन पराई हो गयी साली खासमखास ,,

मंदिर में पूजा करे ,घर में करे क्लेश 

बापू तो बोझा लगे पत्थर लगे गणेश ,,

बचे कहा अब शेष है दया धर्म ईमान

पत्थर के भगवन है पत्थर दिल इंसान ,,

पत्थर के भगवान को लगते छप्पन भोग 

मर जाते फुटपाथ पर भूखे प्यासे लोग ,,

फैला है पाखंड का अंधकार चारो और 

पापी करते जागरण मचा मचा कर शोर ,,

पहन मखौटा धर्म का करते दिन भर पाप 

भंडारे करते फिरे घर में भूखे बैठे माँ बाप ,,

 

अपनों को हमेशा अपने होने का अहसास दिलाते रहिये वरना वक्त आपके अपनों को आपके बिना रहना सीखा देगा , 

दिल टूटने पर भी हसना 

शायद जिंदादिली इसी को कहते है , 

ठोकर लगने पर भी मंजिल तक भटकना 

शायद तलाश इसी को कहते है ,,

किसीको चाहकर भी ना पाना 

शायद चाहत इसी को कहते है ,,

टूटे खण्डार में बिना तेल के दिया जलाना 

शायद उम्मीद इसी को कहते है ,,

गिरजाना पर फिर से खड़े होने की हिम्मत रखना 

शायद होशला इसी को कहते है ,,

जिंदगी से जुडी हिंदी शायरी , दिल को छू लेने वाली शायरी
