 दोस्तों भगवान श्री राम , शायद ही कोई व्यक्ति ऐसा होगा जो इन्हे नहीं जनता , भगवान श्री राम विष्णु अवतार थे , इनका जन्म अयोध्या में हुआ था , भगवान श्री राम के तीन भाई थे जिनका नाम , लक्ष्मण , भरत ,शत्रुघन था ,  भगवान् श्री राम का  विवाह माता सीता के साथ हुआ था जो लक्ष्मी जी अवतार थी , 

माता सीता को रावण छल से उठाकर लंका ले गया , भगवान श्री राम ने  रावण के साथ युद्ध किया और उसे मार दिया , 

ये बातें हम सभी लोग जानते है और tv पर भी रामायण में यही दिखाया जाता है , 

लेकिन भगवान श्री राम की मृत्यु कैसे हुयी इसके पीछे आज भी अलग अलग तथ्य , कहानिया है जो इस प्रकार है , 

कथा एक : भगवान श्री राम की मृत्यु के बारे में सबसे प्रचलित कथा यह है की माता सीता लव और कुश को श्री राम को सोपने के बाद धरती में समा गई , इसके बाद श्री राम बहुत दुखी हुए और उन्होंने कल के देवता यमराज को बुलाया और अपनी मृत्यु की सहमति ली इसके बाद वे खुद ही सरयू नदी में समाहित हो गए , 

कथा 2 : भगवान श्री राम की मृत्यु से जुडी दूसरी कथा यह है की , भगवान श्री राम ने धरती पर 1000 वर्षो से ज्यादा जीवन बिताया , राज किया , इसके बाद जब उनके अवतार लेने के सभी कार्य पूर्ण हो गए तो उन्होंने एक ऋषि का वेश धारण किया और यमराज का आवाहन किया , और उनसे बात करने की इच्छा प्रकट की , ऐसे में यमराज भी एक ऋषि का रूप धारण करके आये और बात करने से पहले एक छोटी सी शर्त रखी की हमे बात करते हुए को कोई और न देखे , इसलिए श्री राम ने लक्ष्मण को दरवाजे पर खड़ा कर दिया और कहा की कोई भी व्यक्ति अंदर ना आने पाए और अगर ऐसा हुआ तो लक्ष्मण के लिए मृत्यु दंड होगा , 

भगवान श्री राम और काल यानि यमराज बात कर रहे थे इतने में ही ऋषि दुर्वाशा वहां आये और राम से मिलने का आग्रह किया , इस पर लक्ष्मण ने उन्हें मना किया , इस पर ऋषि दुर्वाशा क्रोधित हो गए और शाप देने ही वाले थे तभी लक्ष्मण ने माफ़ी मांगी और इसके बाद वे उस जगह में प्रवेश कर गए जहा पर श्री राम और यमराज बातें कर रहे थे , ऐसा देखकर श्री राम क्रोधित हुए और लक्ष्मण को मृत्यु दंड ना देखर देश निकला दे दिया , लक्ष्मण के लिए यह भी मृत्यु के समान ही था इसलिए वह सरयू नदी में समां गए और शेषनाग का रूप धारण किया ,और वैकुण्ठ को चले गए , 

इसके बाद भगवान श्री राम ने भी भाई की 

मृत्यु के बाद सरयू नदी में समा गए ,विष्णु रूप धारण किया और वैकुण्ठ चले गए ,

जैसा की आप सभी जानते है भगवान श्री कृष्ण का जन्म उत्तर प्रदेश के मथुरा में हुआ था , हम सब जानते है की भगवान श्री कृष्ण भगवान विष्णु का अवतार थे , भवन श्री कृष्ण ने जन्म लेने से पहले ही चमत्कार करने शुरू कर दिए थे , भगवान श्री कृष्ण से जुड़े बहुत से ऐसे रहस्य है जोकि आज भी अनसुलझे है ,

ठीक इसी तरह निधि वन का रहस्य है जहां शाम होने के बाद किसी को भी इसके वन के अंदर जाने की आज्ञा नहीं है , कहाँ जाता है अगर कोई गलती से भी रत को इसके अंदर रह गया तो सुबह या तो वो पागल हो जाता है और कुछ ही समय में उसकी मृत्यु हो जाती है , या फिर सुबह वह मनुष्य मर्त मिलता है , 

मनुष्य को तो छोड़िये जानवर जैसे की बन्दर ,और पक्षी जो पूरा दिन इस वन में रहते है शाम होते ही वो सब भी इस वन को छोड़ कर चले जाते है , और भी बहुत सारी ऐसी बातें है ऐसी चमत्कार है जिनका पर कोई नहीं कर पाया ,

श्री कृष्ण की 16000 रानियों के पीछे एक राक्षस का बहुत बड़ा रोल है जिसका नाम था नरकासुर , नरकासुर एक ऐसा राक्षस था जो पुरषो के साथ साथ औरतो और लड़कियों पर भी अत्याचार करता था और किस भी राजा को जितने के बाद वहां की सभी युवा कन्याओ और स्त्रियों को बंदी बना लेता था , 

उसके अत्याचार ,व्यव्हार उन स्त्रियों और कन्याओ के साथ ऐसा होता था की मुक्त करने के बाद भी वो कन्याए लोक लाज ,और अपनी शर्म इज़्ज़त के कारन अपने देश को वापस नहीं जाना चाहती थी , क्योकि समाज में उन्हें बुरी नजरो से देखा जाता था , 

एक बार नरकासुर ने स्वर्ग पर भी आकर्मण किया तब उसकी शक्तियों से परेशान होकर देवताओ ने भगवान श्री कृष्ण से सहायता मांगी , इसके बाद श्री कृष्ण ने नरकासुर से बहुत भयंकर युद्ध किया और नरकासुर को मार दिया , 

लेकिन इस समय पर नरकासुर के यहाँ पर 16000 कन्याए बंदी बनाई गयी थी जो मुक्त होने के बाद भी अपने देश को नहीं जाना चाहती थी , भगवान ने इस समस्या को देखते हुए इन सभी 16000 कन्याओ से विवाह किया , और इन्हे अपनी रानी बनाया , 

विवाह के पश्चात भवन श्री कृष्ण ने इन सभी के साथ रानियों जैसा ही व्यव्हार किया , और इन्हे समय देने के लिए भगवान श्री कृष्ण अपने आपको कई हजारो भागो में बाट देते थे जोकि हर एक श्री कृष्ण ही होते थे , इस तरह भगवान श्री कृष्ण एक होते हुए भी अनेक थे और सभी रानियों को बराबर समय देते थे , 

इसके बाद सुबह होने पर भगवान के वो सभी अलग अलग रूप एक हो जाते थे और अपने राजा होने का फर्ज निभाते थे ,

1 . लोकी का जूस : सुबह उठते ही सबसे पहले एक गिलास लोकी का जूस पिए , और रात को सोने से पहले एक गिलास लोकी का जूस पिए , 

2 . दिन में दो बार कम से कम 3 ,3 घंटे के अंतर पर green coffee के beans को अच्छी तरह से उबालकर पीये , इसके लिए एक बड़ा चम्मच green coffee के बीज ले , 300 ml पानी ले , पानी में बीजो को डालें और धीमी आंच पर 10 से 15 मीठे तक उबले जब तक यह पानी 100 ml न रह जाए तब तक उबालना है , इसके बाद इसे गरमा गरम पीना है , दिन में दो बार ,

3 . नीबू पानी : दिन में हो सके तो 2 बार नहीं तो 3 से 6 बजे के बीच एक गिलास गरम पानी नीबू मिलकर पिए ,
